For all you young basketball players out there who have been working hard in the weight room to improve their athleticism on the basketball court... the game of basketball is played on your feet, not your hands.
If I could go back in time and due it all over again I would focus on 3 things as a young aspiring player:
1. Work on my game - nothing more important then the fundamentals (dribble, pass, shoot, defend)
2. Develop my core strength (Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads, abs, lower back).
3. Stretch! Flexibility is the most underrated and under developed aspect of sport. Yoga anyone?
If you try to stay current on the latest insights on weight loss, you quickly realize how multifaceted the issue is. Like a three-dimensional...
Now never seems like the right time to focus on weight loss and fitness. Yet the present moment is all we ever have. Whatever the season...
