At the University of Dayton we have 2 six week summer sessions that our student athletes attend. While they are here on campus they have the opportunity to improve their conditioning both individually and collectively. October 16 marked the official start of the practice season and we hit the ground running. We return 10 of our top 11 scorers from last season's team and our guys are excited for the season to come. Our guys went through 8 weeks of preseason conditioning which was highlighted by our Friday morning team building/toughness training. Every Friday morning our guys would wake up at 5:30am for a different type of team building activity that had a military theme to it. Our guys gained a lot of respect for the military to say the least.
