You know that's an area where I so often overlook. I really just tend to focus on cardio exercises and bypass a lot of core exercises. Its really important and I need to incorporate it to a greater extent in my routine. I need to get away from the mindset that unless you are working up a big sweat and getting your heart rate around 160, you're not having a good workout.
