The 2009 Winter Classic was a huge success. Next to the main skating rink where the game was played between the Blackhawks and the Red Wings, there was a smaller rink for a group of kids to skate. The kids participated in drills and held a brief scrimmage. It was a good time. The kids really enjoyed being so close to the players and in front of nearly 50,000 fans. read more
