That's right as of approximately 1:30pm central time today, I became the offical pull-up (chin-up) champion of Mt. Pleasant, IA, completing 18 pull-ups. While this might not sound like such a great feat, please note I achieved this after biking 75 miles, drinking three beers, and eating a double cheeseburger with fries.

By the way, I'm sure my fellow team member Joe Eagan could easily have bested my record of 18 pull-ups, but he was content knowing that another member of Holosfitness.com had achieved the record.
