Pull Up Champion of Mt. Pleasant, IA

That's right as of approximately 1:30pm central time today, I became the offical pull-up (chin-up) champion of Mt. Pleasant, IA, completing 18 pull-ups. While this might not sound like such a great feat, please note I achieved this after biking 75 miles, drinking three beers, and eating a double cheeseburger with fries.

Beat that Lance Armstrong, let's see if your arms really are that strong!!!!

Did you join the marines !!??? Did you see me today ? I was working behind the counter at the Crazy lady Cafe. Or maye I just think I was working there. The Aliens have taken my brain and won't tell me where they buried it.

By the way, I'm sure my fellow team member Joe Eagan could easily have bested my record of 18 pull-ups, but he was content knowing that another member of Holosfitness.com had achieved the record.
