I just bought a new bike. Fuji Roubaix. Its pretty nice but I need to get these f-ers at the store to fit it correctly for me. My neck has been hurting after my 25-miler on Sunday.

You should join the triathlon group. There are some workouts on there that might help, but if you know more you should share what you know.
