Welcome to the Holos Fitness Exercise Center

You'll be amazed at the diversity and thoroughness of exercises included within Holos Fitness. All exercises include step-by-step instructions on how to complete each activity. A special emphasis on which muscle groups are being targeted allows you to most efficiently achieve your desired results.

Another notable component of the exercise functionality is the assigned rating for each activity. Each rating is determined by Holos members themselves, and these ratings are constantly changing as more and more members try the activities. Holos urges members to take part in the rating system so all participants can more effectively evaluate and prioritize their routines.
