Exercise Description

 

This is best conducted on a sitting tricep machine. While sitting press down arms of machine in order to work the tricep muscles

Muscle Groups: triceps, chest

Step Number 1

begin in seated position holding weights infront of body at 90 degree angle. This exercise is recommended on a machine where user pushes down on arm of machine to replicate motion.

 

Step Number 2

With palms facing downward, bring weights down to side until they are near your hips. On machine - press down until you reach the end of the machines cycle

 

Step Number 3

return arms to original position with palms facing down while at mid-chest
