Exercise Description

 

This is essentially a leg kickback exercise while bent over. Its pretty easy, but in this iteration its done on a machine with weights.

Muscle Groups: Gluts, and legs

Step Number 1

You can do this exercise without a machine by getting on your hands and knees and kicking back your leg. For added difficulty find a glut machine at the gym. It is set up so that your abs rest against a pad while you hold onto some support arms and kick back your legs.

 

Step Number 2

Place your feet against the foot pedal of the machine and press backwards. Its a pretty simple exercise that is great for building your gluts and upper leg muscles.
