For me it involves two of my wii games: Wii You can Dance and EA Sports Active. I have designed me a 20 minute workout routine for the EA Sports Active which involves everything from volleyball, tennis, boxing, basetball and their version of dancing which is really lame. But you do workout. The remaining 10 minutes will be to three songs on the You can Dance thing. The whole thing here is fun. 30 minutes of movement and the video game disguises it
