25 push ups 25 abs 50 regular mountain climbers 25 burpees 50 squats 25 push ups 25 abs 25 push ups 25 abs 50 alternating mountain climbers 25 chair dips 50 lunges 25 push ups 25 abs Total of 450 reps......the push ups are any type, abs are any type...I did it in 10 minutes

Muscle Groups: The whole body

Step Number 1

This is a bodyweight brutal workout. Try to do it as fast as possible. If it is not challenging enough, add in more push ups, or burpees. If you have access to a pull up bar then add in pull ups.
