As the summertime is officially here, people are getting themselves ready to head out to the beach. Of course you would want a body that looks more sculpted and toned rather than a flat, blank slate. This workout is based on a system developed for track-and-field athletes by Russian scientists, using a combination of heavy lifting and intense 'metabolic accelerators' (google it) to fatigue your muscle fibers and turn your body into a work of art in a matter of only 4 weeks! There is going to be 2 workouts A and B. While maintaining your daily workout, alternate between the two 3 days a week. While 2 of these exercises have the same number (3a and 3b) do 1 set of 'a' and rest for the recommended time and do a set of 'b' after. Repeat this until you've completed all sets of each exercise. Then move on to the next pair. End each workout with the accelerator.
