Due to G-Rod's impending incarceration, I thought I would point out some easy exercises he can do in his prison cell. From the movies I've seen, every prison cell seems to have a chin up bar, so I thought pulls-ups would be the perfect starting point. They can help him build up his biceps, chest, and back.
Muscle Groups: Arms, chest and back
Find a horizontal bar that is secure enough to hold your weight.
Grab bar with both hands and have arms fully extended so body is hanging from bar while hands are gripped on bar.
Pull body up to bar by flexing arms, bend at elbows and pull body up until chin is at bar level
Return to starting position.
