This exercise will strengthen the Governor's leg muscles. Since his cell will certainly be confined and it is unlikely he will be doing a lot of walking or running, this exercise will help to keep his legs in shape. If he keeps this up, he'll walk out of jail (a very old man) with very strong quad muscles.
Muscle Groups: Legs and back
Stand up straight with arms behind your head and feet shoulder width apart.
Bend knees so that your torso lowers to the ground and your butt will stick out. Make sure to keep back straight and arms on top of your head.
Stop movement when your thigh muscles (quads) are parallel to the ground.
Return to original starting position.
