The last thing you want to develop in jail is a beer belly or gut, so I urge Governor Blagojevich to follow this easy ab exercise to make sure that he doesn't become portly during his incarceration. Specifically, I'm going to urge him to do a crunch exercise where you lie on your back with your knees raised and raise your head towards your knees.
Muscle Groups: Abs
Lie on back with legs. Your legs should not be extended. Instead bend at the knees so that your feet are close to your butt and your knees are in the air. Place your hands behind your head.
Raise your torso off the ground and move your head towards your knees. While your hands should be positioned behind your head, make sure that they are not pulling your head to your knees. All of the effort should be done by your ab muscles.
Hold position where your torso and head are raised off the ground for 3 seconds. Make sure knees remain in the air in fixed position.
Return torso to original resting position on ground. Repeat 50 times.
