I am originally from Green Bay, WI and spent 3 wonderful years in the Phoenix area . My first and foremost fitness interest is to make a United States Paralympic team in track & field in 2016I compete in the shot put and discus. I am 31 years old with Cerebral Palsy and have a beautiful wife, and two fantastic boys - ages 4 and 1 month.

When I'm not in the gym training I work full-time in the customer service / inside sales industry. I also run an internet supplement shop in my spare time to help me pay for training expenses related to my Paralympic dream.  It is very small time righ now but the ultimate goal one day is to run that shop and a persernal training studio full-time in the Green Bay area.

I am an athlete interested in triathlons and would be interested in any tips related to how to improve my time on the bike portion of the race. I also could really improve my run, but that is more of a long-term goal.
