I was once a runner but a bulging L5 has made that difficult. I became discouraged, from there lazy, from there fat. 8 years and 3 babies later I was obese and unhappy with my body and my way of life. I decided after my last son was born that I was not going to be fat anymore! I started working out slowly, then more regularily and with more intensity. By May of this year I decided my diet needed a change so I joined Weight Watchers. I have since finished a triathlon this summer and have so far lost 86 lbs. I am almost to my goal weight and have also decided that becoming a nutritionalist and itness trainer was the way I was going to direct my career life.
I feel amazing with only better things in my future!

I'm a new mom and just trying to stay active. A friend of mine introduced me to this new sleep schedule for infants that I think is really worth sharing with others. Its not from a book or anything, its just been passed down and revised over the past couple of years from some of my friends. Truthfully, the results are pretty incredible, I have a six month old who is sleeping for 11 hours per night and awake and full of energy every day.
The schedule makes life easier for my husband and I, while raising the child is obviously hard work, every little bit of extra free time is a very welcome treat.

I am an athlete interested in triathlons and would be interested in any tips related to how to improve my time on the bike portion of the race. I also could really improve my run, but that is more of a long-term goal.
