My name is Mishra H. Keller and I live in Chicago, Illinois. I am a professional dancer and certified yoga instructor. I am also a former cheerleader and gymnast. I have been passionate about health and wellness for many years. While working in a chiropractic office, I became aware of the body’s constant strive for balance; how it creates disease and possesses the power to heal itself if obstacles are removed and given the right environment. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry. I received my training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.
In June 2008, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) with dual certifications in Holistic Health Counseling from IIN and Columbia University. In June 2009, I completed the IIN Immersion Graduate Program. I have expertise in the areas of diet and nutrition, personal relationships, business development and marketing, career guidance, sustainable lifestyle changes and spiritual development. I'm a new mom and just trying to stay active. A friend of mine introduced me to this new sleep schedule for infants that I think is really worth sharing with others. Its not from a book or anything, its just been passed down and revised over the past couple of years from some of my friends. Truthfully, the results are pretty incredible, I have a six month old who is sleeping for 11 hours per night and awake and full of energy every day.
The schedule makes life easier for my husband and I, while raising the child is obviously hard work, every little bit of extra free time is a very welcome treat.
