Fitness Interests: I have been struggling to loose weight after having a baby. He is almost nine months and the weight is just sticking to me like glue. I was in good shape before, however I got a little carried away whole pregnant and broke 212lbs. I am 5ft 2in, can you say rolly-polly. I am still holding at 166lbs. Right now I get up at five am and spend a min if 90 mins in the gym, no breads, no more the 25g of carbs, no refind sugars, (im sad, i miss them) and still no results. I am 25 about to be 26 in September. My goal is the ge between 130 and 135 by my birthday, and 120 to 130 by Chritsmas. HELP!

I am an athlete interested in triathlons and would be interested in any tips related to how to improve my time on the bike portion of the race. I also could really improve my run, but that is more of a long-term goal.
