Record workouts and exercises specific to your group in order to most effectively share this information and focus the fitness experience.

By publishing an exercise, members act to share fitness activities with the entire Holos Fitness community. Published exercises serve as the catalyst for members to refine their own workouts, add variety to existing routines, and reevaluate their fitness goals. For this reason members are openly encouraged to participate and share information.
