Purpose:
The purpose of this group is to help motivate those of us who are admitted couch potatoes. We know that we don't workout and need to. This is just a starting point. The idea is to move us from no workout to a consistent pattern of 4-6 days a week, a minimum of 30 minutes per workout. This will not be easy, but it is possible. Join me fellow couch huggers and lovers on a journey to better fitness and health overall.
