If you ever need to stay in Dallas...try the new Hyatt at DFW. Terrific wine, cheese & deli that is open all night and perfectly cooked egg whites in the morning! Plus....and this is a big plus at DFW....they have a sedan that will take you from the lobby to the correct terminal. Saves about 20 mins on that damn train that runs in a circle.

What is everyone's favorite room service meal? Portion control is always, I think, the deadly issue with this. I like to stick to a grilled chicken or shrimp Ceaser Salad and a cup of soup. That seems to be my standard. If I get a sandwich or a steak...they always come with fries and loafs of bread. And we all know where those are going while working on emails!

I used to be a Hilton guy...but I've really become a Marriott fan the last year. Better everything. They are more a full service hotel than the Hiltons. Seems all brands of Hilton have degraded to that econo-style of hotel. I really love Hyatt Place hotels...rooms are great to spend a couple nights in & the 24-7 sandwich & coffee bar is great so you don't end up eating out of the vending machine at 11pm!

I travel for work every week and have found Starwood hotels (Sherarton, Westin, W Hotel, St. Regis and Luxury Collection) to have the best work out facilities. Some charge you per day, but when you become a Platinum member after staying 50 nights you get in to all facilities for free.

What do people feel are the best hotel chains to stay at? I am constantly at different hotels because my company doesn't have any affinity programs, so I want to know what hotels you guys think have the best fitness facilities.
