Graham's Fitness Interests: Help! Just completed a grueling 6 months straight on the road, working long hours, 4 flights per week, entertaining customers and eating hotel and restaurant food. Body is now broken, Blood Pressure 170/100, Blood Sugar in the 120's and weight around 220lbs. Need to fix the body without prescription drugs. Happy to do aerobic and resistance exercises. I have already started on a natural, organic (where possible) diet with 5 to 6 small (no larger than a side plate) meals every day. I drink water, green tea and a small glass of red wine each day (as I have heard that this helps to reduce the BP). Don't want to be thin, just healthy. The weight and Blood Sugar are already coming down but need a training plan to reduce the stubborn Blood Pressure.
