I've been swimming lately...Bikram yoga too. I swim twice a week. I wear speedos...I swim 3 500's with interval 200 kickboard. I need a good place to buy swim apparel. advise. where in the world is todd. I miss that guy.

is that some old chinese warrior secret....i may try it...went for 8 mile run this weekend...ran a pretty good clip (i think 7.20's over all) but my knees were shot...I am officially pulling out of the marathon, and devoting the balance of this year and the q1` '09 to bikram yoga. I'll be back stronger than ever.
