Workout Description

 

This combines a beginners running drill with several stretching exercises. The stretching exercises will ensure that you start the program off with increased flexibility and it will also help minimize your recovery time. Please note: you should be doing the stretching exercises both before and after the beginners running drill, thus they are included twice.
