This is a workout that combines all of the abdominal exercises I have demonstrated and posted. If you complete all of these exercises it should be a great ab workout that works multiple muscles in your mid section. Take at easy and work into these exercises, don't expect to be able do them all at first! You should look to practice this workout two, maybe three times per week. Mix it into a routine that does cardio five times per week and weights two or three times per week.
