Workout Description

 

This is a program designed for couples. It is intended to promote closeness and communication among participants. Couples should perform the program together, monitoring and supporting each other throughout the exercises. Each individual should coach and guide their mate through each step of instruction. As you progress through the exercises and become more comfortable, expand your fitness routine to other activities listed on Holosfitness.com.
